William F. (Bill) Krautter is the President of Statistical Service Corporation of Austin (STATCO), Austin’s oldest and largest commercial data processing service bureau. He is also the principal partner of MIS Software Company, LTD a software company formed in 1986 to serve the real estate industry. MIS Software formed LeaseASP Joint Venture with Uniquest in 2002 to serve the automobile leasing industry. He received a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos in 1977, with a concentration in Accounting and Computer Science. In 1981 Mr. Krautter received his Certificate in Public Accounting (CPA) and later the Certificate in Data Processing (CDP). Mr. Krautter and his firms have provided data processing and software development services for government and industry over the past 47 years.

Jerry Thompson, CVLE Over the past seven years, Mr. Thompson has been involved in development and refinement of unique software and business processes that streamline and create efficiencies within the online consumer leasing model. Current strategic partners include RateGenius, eCarList, Dealer123, Thrifty Car Sales, Lease-ASP, Swapalease and LendingTree, Mr. Thompson has been a leader in the auto leasing business for the past nineteen years and serves as the Legislative Chairman of the Texas Chapter of the National Vehicle Leasing Association (NVLA). During this time, Mr. Thompson has served on the National Board of the NVLA and as Chapter President, Legislative Chairman, and Ethics Chairman and has been the recipient of the NVLA’s President’s Award for his contributions to the industry.
